Bryan Kohberger's attorney files new motion

The attorney for Bryan Kohberger filed a motion stating that he has "long had a habit of going for drives alone" and that Kohberger was out driving when the killings happened. Kohberger is the man accused of fatally stabbing four students at the University of Idaho last November.
